I bought these shoes specifically to support my left foot as my broken right leg and ankle is healing. I have had many pairs of Reeboks over the years and now have a separate pair of lace up sneakers up to the highest running shoes. I feel like the velcro allows me to adjust the tightness of my ankle for the extra support I need, which is all well and good for this pair. My actual foot size is a 9.5 to 10 Mens USA and I can usually wear both without problems, but in recent years I prefer to buy 10's to have a little more room. Although they are a size 10 they are quite narrow and much smaller in overall size compared to the size 10 Reebok High Laces I have had for 3 months and the new ones are slightly shorter, narrower and less roomy inside. Still, they fit (slightly snugger than usual) and work to support my sound foot while doing a complete job with Monty until I'm better. are they stretched out If you are a size 10 fixed I would go to a shoe store and try on a pair or order half a size up if you are a fixed size.
