I'm in my 50's and late for skin care. A friend gave me this years ago because it was too intense for her. Vitamin C is a gift to my pale skin after my 50+ period. I use this moisturizer all over - on my knees, elbows, face, etc. One caveat: it usually stimulates blood flow to me, so I use it at night or an hour before I see other people. It mostly makes me blush, but it looks blotchy for about 30 minutes. It's never bothered me, I don't feel it, but my wife sometimes comments because she's worried about what other people think.
