Wouldn't buy a second time.
I bought a 7 day pack before the holidays to whiten my teeth and I have not noticed any difference in the color of my teeth. But to be honest, even if I did, I still don't think I would buy them again. They're hard to put on, don't last well on your teeth for 30 minutes, so much mucus in your mouth. That's rough. Not fun and literally scary to use but since I spent a good penny on the product I didn't want to waste them. My recommendation? Try something different.
