Cintrop provides such outstanding Customer Service

The best part about cilntro is their amazing customer service. I am constantly amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful everyone in customer service is. They are always willing to go above and beyond what they have promised and make sure you understand everything. It's very user friendly and there are no glitches when doing day-to-day transactions. Sometimes it takes a few days for an integration to fully work once you've made a change to one or more fields but this isn't something that happens frequently. Make sure you know all of your sales tax rates and states because you need to be able to quickly identify if there is additional tax needed due to your state/s. This is a great system for tracking inventory and keeping track of expenses.
