There was nothing wrong with the item, packaging or delivery. But here's the thing, when a box is left in front of the door it is difficult for us to open the door to retrieve the package. The door opens outward, not inward. So when I open the door it pushes the package down the steps. I wish that it could be left at the bottom or to the right or left of the door or even left next to the utility room which is directly across from the back door. We also don't use the front door at all being it is a screen door that the frame is bent and makes it difficult to close. We are looking for a table we can set next to the back door for packages to be placed on. Hoping my husband will build one, or maybe build it myself.
