Motor burned out after 2 uses, lasted approx. 30 minutes. It's worth grinding this piece of junk. Don't be an idiot like me and waste your money on an unknown, previously unheard brand of instruments. Spend a few bucks more and choose a reputable brand that actually uses quality control in their manufacturing process, offers a guarantee on their products, has customer support, etc. Update – Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because their support team is looking for a 1 contacted star rating and offered a refund or replacement after they asked me to send them a video to illustrate a burnt engine and they refunded immediately after seeing the video I sent. While I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of their customer service I still give 3 stars because of the headache and inconvenience that the mill burns out after such a short time leaving me in the middle of an unfinished project that now takes much longer to complete due to more time the delay caused by the defective product. Conclusion: 1 star for the product, not worth the effort. 5 stars for customer service, 3 stars overall.
