I bought this for use with the Cisco SPA 525G VOIP. That works great. I think you can use a network cable if you want, but my router is too far from the phone for that to be possible. This power supply worked great. After the power was turned on, the phone became wireless. I mean that the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network. It took some effort, but my VOIP company got me through the process with basically no issues. All in all, if you need a power bank for your phone, this one works perfectly. No complaints.
