SMALL blade. Just below the eyebrows!
LOVE the small blade size! It's almost impossible to do this under the eyebrows with big eyebrow razors, so this tiny blade comes in very handy! I've also used it for more precise dermaplaning in hard-to-reach areas (nose edge, etc.). For best effect, hold it at a 45 degree angle! They are disposable but can be used and washed multiple times before throwing away. Each razor has a plastic cap. The instructions are in Japanese, but you don't have to read them anyway.
