LOVE the small blade size! It's almost impossible to do this under the eyebrows with big eyebrow razors, so this tiny blade comes in very handy! I've also used it for more precise dermaplaning in hard-to-reach areas (nose edge, etc.). For best effect, hold it at a 45 degree angle! They are disposable but can be used and washed multiple times before throwing away. Each razor has a plastic cap. The instructions are in Japanese, but you don't have to read them anyway.

I use them to shape my eyebrows. Beveled ends allow me to get the perfect shape. I have a lot of hair on my eyebrows, but they're rarely parted (if that makes any sense). With their help, I can shave each eyebrow and leave a beautiful shape (which I then fill in with pencil strokes). Good buy. (Although I don't think they can be recycled along with the blade). I'm deducting a star for that last point.
