Decent product - I hung it differently
The product has drilled holes in the short part J to hang it on the wall. It didn't make sense to me so I removed the straps and drilled holes in them to attach the long part of J to the wall. My 14.5ft kayak fits in perfectly and it's easy to snag the hooks when set up like this.
