I assume the toner is fine. I had to send mine back as it didn't fit my printer. I give the company 4 stars for being so good at taking the product back. I know that sometimes I move too fast and lose sight of the details. BUT BUT BUT I checked the right printer for the right cartridge a dozen times. No joke. I KNEW the risk of not being validated and didn't want it to happen. I was there. I really was. So I'm not sure whose fault it is that I got the wrong cartridge, it might even be mine.
