Great chair. I agree with other reviewers that it's very hard, but it's really comfortable. It's surprising when you first sit in it how durable it is because it looks comfortable, but it's really nice to sit in. It is well thought out in terms of seat height, back angle and armrest height. And it's soft enough. It is also very easy to assemble. Attach the seat to the backrest, attach the two side arms/legs and attach the front crossbar. NOTE: There is a zippered fabric tab on the underside of the seat that must be undone to assemble the chair. I didn't notice that at first and couldn't understand from the illustration where I had to put the parts together. But like I said, it's very easy to assemble - even for people like me who are obviously not very good at these things.
