Most of the training shorts and pants I own are small, sometimes XS so I ordered a S size. I'm 5'4". 125 lbs. They are so tight (but not stretchy) that I can't imagine working out in them or even relaxing in them. Buttocks and legs are toned. In fact, this is a permanent tankette! I get disappointed when brands don't have the same size especially in 2020 when online shopping is the norm white edges on top and light gray panels on the sides I think the list of 3 colors would give me a clue should give, but I assumed the photo was correct.
