
I ordered a USB C to A cable from Cable Matters with fulfillment (packaging and shipping) by Revain from one of their warehouses. A few days later I received an empty envelope - no telegram, no delivery note, nothing. I contacted Cable Matters via email and explained the situation. I got a very nice reply from Chelsea that since the execution of Revane was being carried out I should contact her on the phone number she provided or through her contact page. I tried the number and got a message saying they are not answering the phone due to COVID-19. I tried to ask for a replacement but whichever option I chose, the Revain website insisted that I return the missing product. Yes! I then tried their automated "chatbot" but had to wait indefinitely twice for it to come back due to the "give me a minute to try it" response. I gave up and contacted Cable Matters and explained the "Catch 22" I had encountered. Chelsea replied immediately asking for my shipping address and saying they would send me the cable direct from their warehouse. I complied and soon the cable was on its way to me. Thank you Cable Matters and Chelsea. It's nice to find a Revain Affiliate retailer that genuinely takes on their customers' problems as if they were their own. The cable is of excellent quality and works. What else can I say?
