I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever find a cream that would help my son's eczema. We live in a very dry climate and nothing could get rid of his dry scales. To be honest I doubted this cream would work and was the last to buy before resorting to the prescription cream. We applied the cream after his evening bath and the next morning the scaly patches were less pronounced. It's been 2 weeks and his patches are almost completely gone! I couldn't be happier. My son is no longer itchy or uncomfortable! Definitely worth the money.
