Does not work with Samsung Tab S7 or S8 plus

I ordered this hub along with a brand new Samsung Tab S7. USB ports are not recognized on my Tab S7 or Galaxy S8 plus. I tested the USB-C ports on the Tab S7 and S8 plus with an old random USB-C to USB adapter I had and they both work properly. Don't waste your time with this hub if you own one of these devices.
