Excellent product! If you've never tried an irrigator, then this is what you need! It's amazing that after brushing and flossing I use the sink and can't believe the amount of dirt going down the sink! Now I can't stop using it because I can't wait to see how much my brush and floss have missed and feel really clean. It took a minute to get used to, but once you figure out how to hold it and where to aim, it's great. It has 4 settings from impulse to strong current. I would imagine this would be a must have for someone with braces. So far I am very happy with this purchase. It's easy to use, cleans my teeth great and the bonus is that it comes with an extended 2 year guarantee!
