I received this waist trainer in January and have been using it since then. I previously started with a L but after starting lipo cavitation I had to size down to a M. It's extremely supportive, I had a hard time getting into it at first but after a few days it was fine. I wear mine for 8-10 hours per day. I did experience a bit of 'back fat' at the beginning but all I did was put the waist trainer under my bra and it was fine. I also have a clean diet and I workout frequently so the back fat issue is decreasing. If you're looking for a super supportive waist trainer I would definitely recommend this one!
