This is something that would only be used for the sake of showing off because it is so difficult to work with in practice. It's too big to hold comfortably, and using the virtual keyboard is a hassle because of its size. The massive screen drains the battery quickly, making the single charge life not much longer than that of a compact smartphone, while the charge time is about three times as lengthy. The current trend toward ultra-thin electronics makes no sense to me; every company seems to be vying to release the thinnest product imaginable. You can't possibly believe anything he says! And it's not just cumbersome; it actively resists remaining in your grasp. The screen size is the biggest drawback; you don't need a screen that big when you're on the go, yet a smaller screen isn't good enough when you're at home; a tablet would be more practical. (I prefer a smartphone with a screen size of about 4.5 inches, but those are almost extinct at this point.)
