I hate to give a bad review but I think everyone should be made aware that this is no joke. For those who recently went back to the gym I took 2 scoops. It's a lot, but I've tried other pre-workouts in the past and never had any problems, so I didn't think much of it. I started my workout 30 minutes after drinking the pre-workout. Immediately I started tingling all over my body and was really scared/nervous. As the training progressed, this feeling lessened, but did not go away completely. Then I moved on to the next part of the workout - cardio. I typically spend 40-45 minutes running/walking/climbing an incline, but I couldn't walk more than 20 minutes, my heart rate was through the roof. Now I understand the risks of pre-workout, but I just want people to know to be careful and understand that everyone's body is different. In short, I went to the hospital, they did an EKG and they kept me there for a while until the feeling went away. I haven't been this scared in a long time, please be careful.
