These collars have a problem every time the remote goes to sleep (which happens in 30 seconds or less), the collars come off. You have to press the buttons very hard so although it will blink it will work but nothing will be sent to the collar. These collars are useless if they can't stay connected. If you then try to reconnect them, they'll all randomly deprogram halfway and you'll have to start over. Collars don't sync all the time and you have to keep turning them on and off. Finally connect them all to the remote and they deprogram after 30 seconds. Collars are useless without a remote control. I wouldn't recommend 0/10 to anyone. And whose genius idea is to include a charging cable that only charges 2 out of 4 at a time? However, they have excellent battery life. because they never work.
