Not bad, especially for the price. Worth a try if you're looking for a foundation that applies easily and dries quickly so you can apply makeup right after. I've used Urban Decay Primer Potion before and haven't noticed a drastic difference in quality between the two, my eye makeup lasts all day with either. I would recommend trying this product if you are looking for a new eye primer to try or if this is your first time using eye primer I would rather buy an eye primer at a lower price and then spend the extra money to upgrade my eye shadow for eyelids or eyeliner products. .
