
After 3 weeks/15 sessions: The texture is like drinking a very watery powdered sugar slurry, but that seems to be the only downside. It's also quite tart, but some people like it. Every time I take it I get that intense tingle you would expect from a pre-workout and my pumps are always great. The ups and downs in mood and energy are random but I think it's mostly down to individual circumstances as I'm still a monster in the gym at times. I might go extreme based on hits or misses, but I think I'll stick with it for a month to see if I can plateau first. I'm still getting great results! Don't take a picture of it and then sit for an hour - you're going to go insane lol.
