It's very easy for customers who have never used it before or those new in their jobs as they can pick up easily what features are available from day one! We've only had limited support so far but this has been great - we're still working out how best use them when things do go wrong though!! There aren't any downsides really other than maybe you need some training initially if using at work where there may be more experienced users around already; however once your comfortable everything should run smoothly after then :) Product information manager/customer service rep role which involves keeping our customer base informed about products & services offered by us through multiple channels including email newsletters etc -Easy onboarding process for new users.-Flexible to use in multiple ways depending upon client requirement. It's easy to integrate other systems as well such as Salesforce etc. I have used it for my previous job at an eCommerce brand where we were solving their customer service issues by using this software. It has helped us solve many problems which otherwise would've been very difficult for our team members.
