Shop quality at pharmacy prices!

I've tried almost every professional makeup brush imaginable. And I can honestly say that this brush matches (and in some cases surpasses) all of these premium expensive brushes. I liked it so much I even bought more than one of these so I never run out of one waiting for the other to dry after washing. In fact, they could charge a lot more for this brush if they wanted to, so I'm grateful they lowered the price so more people on a budget can try it! It's incredibly smooth, soft and luxurious. However, it's also firm enough not to require too much pressure and doesn't stretch. I used it in spot motions with my liquid foundation. I ended up with a very smooth, streak-free and airbrushed finish that really blurred my large pores (and provided moderate to full coverage). In fact, I looked so good afterwards that at dinner my boyfriend asked if I would do something different because I looked particularly beautiful! (So it's a bit of a myth that men don't notice this. That was a nice bonus). It's also well made and doesn't shed bristles. It was a lot easier to clean than I thought using olive oil and a mild shampoo or soap. I was worried it would be difficult to remove because it's so thick, so I was pleasantly surprised at how easily the makeup washed off with a wash. I also like that very little foundation is needed to cover the face. Unlike many sponges and other brushes, it doesn't pick up too much foundation, leaving more of it on the skin. This saves you money in the long run as you can use less foundation each time, so the bottle lasts longer. It was also easy enough to clean with cleaning oil and shampoo. The only potential downsides I can think of are that people wanting a lighter grip and coverage may want to look elsewhere. All in all you can't go wrong!

Pros
  • YOU MUST SCRAP THE MAKEUP BAG! This black flat kabuki makeup brush is travel friendly, not your ordinary brush. Buffing and blending, the thick synthetic bristles speed up your routine for better coverage that lasts longer. Pro tip: For light to medium coverage, use a damp makeup sponge to apply base coat, then blend with the buki brush!
