As seen in the picture, it docks and charges and that's the only thing that bothered me. Installing the pads on the controllers requires some finesse, but that comes from each piece being snug yet thin enough for a docking station. You will feel when everything is right. However, it only took 5 minutes to install all the parts. The material isn't very thick due to docking, so I think the case might crack if I drop it, but the purpose of the case is to take the hit, not the tech. I feel better when I travel and take it to work and the design has also come out well, looks as advertised. The rear kickstand still works with the body installed, and the joysticks still have full range of motion.
