I bought my Fitbit Flex 2 five months ago and for a long time I could not decide where to get this bracelet or not. First, it costs the same as the Flex 2 (or more), and many complain that the tracker case pops open on its own. I bought it despite the bad reviews just to try it. After unpacking the goods, I realized that I had made the right decision. The bracelet looks like a piece of jewelry and doesn't feel cheap. What stopped me from buying branded lots was that a lot of people said they looked cheap. This bracelet is fantastic and now I can wear my tracker on more formal occasions. I got compliments from people who didn't know what it was (Flex 2 isn't very common where I live). It unexpectedly opened on the third day of my use as I clapped my hands. Luckily I was still at home and the case opened up on my arm with the tracker down, but it didn't fall off. I think you just need to make sure the case is locked before doing anything else. I also wear a bracelet with a release button on the inside of my wrist just so I don't accidentally detach it if I bump into something (and you will, even if you take precautions). Another plus is that the bracelet does not get scratched. But I wouldn't take it to the pool. The case isn't as rigid as a bracelet, so it wobbles, and since you can't tighten the bracelet, you may be distracted by its movement up and down your arm while swimming. Otherwise I can only recommend this bracelet. I'm even thinking of rose gold because it looks so pretty.
