Very pretty! on headbands
Looks like it's from Harrods in London. (They have a case where they show off their $200 plastic headbands - no joke). However, this is a extremely low price and the pretty pretty headband is great also it's not tight and/or uncomfortable stays in place too yes it's definitely a 5 star headband love it.
