Exactly what was needed.

I just entered a competition to build a new desktop PC. One of the things I wanted on this device was a memory card reader so that my camera's memory cards could be used to transfer photos. I was trying to reuse an older internal reader from a previous build, but it turned out that Win 10 couldn't find drivers for it, and I've had it long enough that I couldn't find the driver CD that came with it. So I ordered a new internal card reader that connects via USB 3.0. The only problem was that I was already using the two available USB 3.0 headers on the motherboard for other devices. The answer was to use an additional PCI-E card, so I ordered this card with two USB 3.0 ports (no external ports for the case). It only requires a 1x PCI-E lane, but can be used in 4x (from what I've read) and possibly other lanes. It installed in less than 2 minutes and was recognized immediately when booting Win 10 (and there is a driver CD for Win 7). I connected my new card reader even faster than installing the card and that's it. There's not much to say about the card other than that it does exactly what it's designed to do: it gives you 2 more USB 3.0 ports. If that's what you're looking for, this card is an easy and affordable way to do just that.
