Came in a HUGE box. Was in the box. brown box. It was indoors. Crate. and another box. It was indoors. box :) and in THIS box was a bag that finally had curlers! Once we got over our hilarity (and dislike of wasteful packaging), we tried curlers. Firstly, you really have to be careful not to burn your fingers when you press the lever to open the iron. The plastic part is small - the rest gets hot and makes "oops" easily. The curler itself is a dream. Warms up quickly and completely. Doesn't pull or tangle hair. It makes big bouncy curls as advertised. 2 thumbs up but - 1 star for burnt thumb.
