I wear them for fast walking on the treadmill and outdoors, and also use them for work. My feet feel great in them when I'm in them all day. I take about 25,000 steps a day and I have to say my legs feel great at the end of the day. I know I wear 11 4Es that match New Balance. Of the many pairs of New Balance shoes I've had, these have been the best for protecting my feet from concrete impacts throughout the day and are very light. Good work👍🏻
