The thin plastic bag it was sent in arrived with holes and holes. One of the pouches inside was also damaged so I have 19 now. Luckily the oxygen absorbers didn't have any holes so they can still be used. I don't think it's worth the hassle of saving three bucks to get that back and we're willing to use it to help us make ends meet.
