Review on Motorola Expandable Business Answering Batteries by Cheryl Williams

2 wireless devices were bought and connected in our office. Calls can be answered and answered, but the phone and optional cordless phones will not ring. All light up but don't ring and warn of an incoming call. We've cranked the volume up on all devices, but there's still no sound. Very frustrating. We've asked the phone company to troubleshoot our phone lines, but there's nothing wrong with that. I don't know if it's a defect or something, but we're in business and must hear our phones ringing. This used to be no problem with our old cordless phones.
