Great customer support & excellent software

The customer service skills and excellent customer support. The costumer service is second to none, they are always happy to assist you with any queries. I have never had a problem with this company in the 15 years I have been doing business with them. I have worked with Genesis Infoserve for over 15 years, I have never had a problem with them. There has been one occasion when I was given a very large file to work on and as I wasn't familiar with the system, took a long time to complete. This was sorted out professionally. I am not sure what the issue was but it was sorted out to our satisfaction and there were no hard feelings. The best thing about this software is that it has all my business information in one place, which makes life easier when I’m searching through documents or emails regarding client services! It can sometimes be difficult at times due too its complexity so if you are not tech savvy then maybe look elsewhere? This program works well with our accounting team as they have access from anywhere around Australia via their mobile devices (iphones/ipads).
