I used this belt to replace a worn out leather belt and I'm glad I did! It is very durable and I expect it to last for many years even with hand wearing. At first I was concerned about the bungee cords, but they are excellent. After reading the instructions and tightening according to the instructions, the tightness did not subside in a day. In general very satisfied.
