I'm really not a big fan of litter boxes. It's a chore that my wife usually does. When my wife became pregnant, I temporarily took over this position. After going the old fashioned way for a few weeks, I found these earbuds online and decided to give it a try. Installation was pretty easy. I decided to start with a brand new tray, put the liners in and pinned the liners in the corners so the liners lay flat in the litter box. The bags came with a large elastic strap to keep them in place, but the strap broke after a few days. This didn't pose a problem as the bags stay in the box mainly due to the padding keeping them in place. When it comes time to change the liners (usually 5-7 days for us) I simply separate the top liner from the rest and lift it up to put the goodies back into the box in one smooth side-to-side motion to seven. The entire process takes about a minute, including adding a few spoonfuls of fresh filler back into the box. Almost no smell and no dirt! I couldn't be happier! DISCLAIMER: My cat doesn't have front claws but does have back claws. None of the bags have ripped yet, but they are quite flimsy and I could see the problems caused by front-clawed cats throwing sand around their "shop". When I say these liners are thin, they are paper thin. It's just something to keep in mind when making a purchasing decision.
