My skin is extremely sensitive and does not respond well to most products. However, my cheeks and chin tend to be very dry, so I cannot do without moisturizer. After using this remedy overnight for a few weeks it doesn't seem to break me down which is a huge plus. It gives the skin some suppleness and hydration, but not to a great extent: it relieves the feeling of tightness that occurs with dry skin, but does not eliminate all the flaking and dry patches. It doesn't have an overpowering scent like many other products (the little scent it has is more like regular unscented lotion). In general I like it very much. While I'd like it to be a bit more hydrated, the fact that it doesn't cause any reactions on sensitive skin is a huge bonus, so I'd definitely recommend it.
