I was hoping to invest in this reusable item. Big mistake. I literally threw away $100! It is difficult to assemble and will not stand on its own. The situation is exacerbated when balloons are added. He fell over everywhere. Some of the connectors were missing and there was no male/female connector. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A PERFECT CIRCLE. Such an embarrassment at our event. The husband had to move the anchor to keep it in place. I would love to pre-open it, I would DEFINITELY RETURN it! We ended up throwing it away at the venue. Didn't even send it back because we couldn't take it apart. Don't waste money.
