Couldn't support Dell S2716DG 27 inch

First of all I've had two other desktop monitor mounts in the last ten years, both were Vivo but this time I decided to try another brand because the reviews were good . The assembly is almost identical to the previous Vivo mounts I've had, but first off the 3 screws that need to be screwed in to attach the stand to the table clamp didn't let me screw in all 3 no matter what I wanted to do. . I spent an hour and a half trying to do my best so I got frustrated and just left 2 of them thinking everything would be fine. I go to the next step and it says to tighten this screw on the monitor arm itself after you put it on the stand, which confuses me because my device doesn't have this screw which the instructions say. So I start looking everywhere, maybe it fell out in a box or on the floor, or was in one of the hardware plastic bags that came with it. So I didn't find it. Even more annoyed, I continued, and when I pick my monitor up on my arm and screw it to the plate, it immediately just tilts down, even after I've tightened it as tight as I could, and it's not even a heavy one monitor and does not approach the maximum mounting weight limit. As soon as I stepped back to look at the monitor on my arm, I also noticed that the bar was also tilted heavily to the left because of the first problem I had when the third screw wouldn't get in. In other words, I was upset. like crap, and decided to return this one and get the Vivo model for just $5 more during this review, which is what I should have done from the start. If you've personally had a smooth experience with this brand and mount, I'm happy for you, but that wasn't the case for me.
