Review on πŸ”§ Dorman 926-274 Radiator Mount Bushing for Infiniti/Nissan, 2 Pack - Enhancing SEO by Jeff Westra

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect fit for 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8S. Solid cooler and no more play.

⁃ These bushings are a perfect fit on my 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8S. ⁃ They are easy to install. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the easiest and 10 being the hardest, I would give it a 2 or 3. The radiator shakes more than usual. ⁃ (Old) bushings are held by a metal bracket. To access the bushings use a 10mm head and get 2 bolts holding the strut together. The passenger side bracket does not need to be removed completely. All you have to do is remove 2 screws and lift the bracket just enough to pry off the old bushing. ⁃ To fit the new bushing into the cavity or "hole" of the bracket, I slightly pressed the bushing into an oblong/oblong shape to ease installation. ⁃ After the bushing was in place and the grooves of the bushing matched the grooves of the bracket, I lined up the bushing hole with the upper radiator bushing holder. After leveling the radiator and supporting it with a bushing, I tightened the two 10mm screws. I cleaned the bolts with rubbing alcohol/acetone prior to installation to remove some rust and then applied a little anti-seize to the bolts before tightening. It was a bit of an exaggeration, but I found it important to clean the screws. ⁃ The driver's side is removed and installed in the same way as the passenger side. The bracket really comes out completely. ⁃ The cooler now has a tighter bushing and the bushings look and feel good.
