Review on 🍾 Enhanced Red Baron Bottle Capper: Elevating Your Bottling Experience by Jessica Morris

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Works well if all your shots are in a row including the length of the bottle neck

I used a capper many years ago. Years passed and I decided to bottle Kombucha. It took me a while to get used to this wing cover. At first I thought I wasn't strong enough to use it, but I wasn't. I was expecting the handles to fall off and almost touch the bottle when corked. That's not the case. The bottle is closed when the handles are parallel to the bottom. This capper is great for bottling kombucha but I wish I had spent the extra money and bought a capper. With this type of capping, you must be careful when capping, otherwise the bottle may tip over. You need to be careful with the length of the bottle neck, otherwise you may break the bottle or not get a seal. I've read that these capsules don't last long. However, I like that it doesn't take up much space and so far I haven't had any problems. If it breaks, I'll switch to a bench capper.

Pros
  • Strong finish
Cons
  • Doubtful
