We highly recommend watching Youtube videos before installing. Removing the old one requires care not to damage the side of the radiator. It only took me about 5 minutes to swing up and down and pull. Sticking a wood chisel between the base and the heatsink and rotating it a bit to remove the old block also helped. As with almost all of them, the upper hose fitting came loose when changing the battery and almost hit him. The old fitting just fell apart in the hose. The new block is much better than the original. This $20 part saved me several hundred dollars because the local auto parts store incorrectly told me that not only could I buy this part, that it only came with the radiator.
