It works! It rehydrates your body.
I like the pills but make sure you put them in a sealed water bottle with a straw/flip top as it creates pressurized water! I found out about this at the gym when my mouthpiece was squirting, crazy! It definitely works by keeping you hydrated, taste is ok, I use more water than recommended so it's a little more diluted. I also used it one night when I had too much beer, it really helped keep me hydrated. I will buy more, good to have on hand!
