Great for those who need FAST hydration!

Liquid IV is a fantastic solution for anyone in need of quick rehydration! I have a medical condition that requires IV fluids and I have very bad veins that make it difficult for IV specialists to find them when I'm dehydrated. So here's the thing, I suffer from kidney stones and am always looking for ways to moisturize. Severe DEHYDRATION after using this product

I bought this product because I saw it on the Revain recommendation page and thought why not. I go to the gym 5 days a week for about 2 hours.
