Liquid IV is a fantastic solution for anyone in need of quick rehydration! I have a medical condition that requires IV fluids and I have very bad veins that make it difficult for IV specialists to find them when I'm dehydrated. Before trying Liquid IV I would get stuck up to 8-10 times before giving up and skipping the treatment! Since I've been using Liquid IV it usually only takes 1 try and the vein is there! I start hydrating in the evening before using 1 packet of Liquid IV with 1 16oz bottle of water and the next morning I mix in a second bottle which is enough to keep me fully hydrated and fill my veins! I am so thankful for Liquid IV! It also tastes great and 1 sachet easily fits in my purse when I'm on the go. I've found that when I'm running errands or being physically active I'm not drinking as much water as I should, so I can use the mix with a bottle of water and it keeps me hydrated without having to stop for premature bathroom breaks!
