Review on 4392065 Whirlpool Kenmore Including Rollers by Brian Fishel

The pulley in this kit has a different angle of the pulley arm - at rest it is much further to the left than the original part. This puts much more stress on the drum because the arm on the right is under tension. After 35 years, will an OEM part show metal fatigue and bend to the right? I don't see any cracks at the bend. OTOH, my 29" hot tub is not listed, I have a LE5810XP. I think I'll reinstall the OEM part. The left idler wheel mount was badly worn, so that's the obvious cause of the rattle. Which idiot designed the nut triangular nylon ring? When you put the first one on the shaft it goes in the first groove so you will need to use a screwdriver and toothpick to spread all 3 sides to push it back onto the shaft so you put it in the rear position be able. And hope you don't break it. Put on gloves to keep your joints from bleeding as much.
