Large frames (actual lenses) so check your face size. Light and comfortable.

These are higher quality blue light glasses. This particular version has higher quality lenses and frames than I expected for the price. But as far as I know, they don't have an anti-reflective coating. The frame is quite large, so if you have a small face, you can choose a different style. First, blue light blocking glasses give your vision a slight yellow tint. This shade varies, usually the more expensive ones are the less yellow ones. They have a very faint yellow cast. Both blue light and rogue goggles fall into three categories: the very cheap dollar store version, the mid-range (about $3 or $4 a pair), and the more expensive versions starting at $20. Higher-end versions tend to have metal frames, spring-loaded hinges, and higher-end lenses (made from higher-index plastic so they can be thinner). Everyone has a place in my life. I have several high end pairs to work on the computer for hours at a time. The convenience and clarity of the lenses is worth paying extra for. I have a lot of mid-range books lying around the house so I can always find one when I need to read something, and I keep the dollar store versions in my car and everywhere I don't care if I lose them. . I take them to restaurants to read menus and I don't care if I forget them. There is some evidence that viewing screens that emit blue light disrupts circadian rhythms, making restful sleep more difficult. I've read the literature and I'm not entirely convinced, but they're cheap enough that it's worth a try if you have trouble sleeping or eye strain from screens. These are higher quality glasses with blue light. This particular version has higher quality lenses and frames for the price.
