I've worked with them for several years now to help manage our various online campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook ads/marketing). Their team members are very knowledgeable about their products & services as well as how they can best serve clients within each channel type - paid advertising or organic search results. We're able to leverage these experts when we need specific assistance from one area vs another -- so no wasted time trying to figure things out yourself if you don't have experience working that way! Honestly there's not much i dislike specifically at this point but maybe more because it could be better than what has been delivered over those many months? There was an improvement period while new management took charge where some issues arose which caused delays in delivering work product back into production mode.
