Applies well but causes rashes
Powder applies well with the SNS 4 step buffing system BUT my surrounding skin which sinks into powder and the cuticles swell and itch for a few Days while I don't completely wash the product off my fingers. It feels like fiberglass on my skin! Never had this problem at the SNS Powder Salon
