the wax reliably melts when rubbed, the dried mush doesn't crumble like the other brand I've come across

They do what they say. They're pulling out their hair! I've used a few other brands that have a hard time melting the wax with hand rubbing and never had such problems with this particular brand so I'll stick with them.
